Our morning boot camp High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) classes are being shortened to 30 minutes per class, as of November first!
So now, you can make it in before work! Less of a workout? Definitely not! The intensity is going up, so you will burn as many calories and sweat just as much, if not more!
What is HIIT?
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a system of organizing cardiorespiratory training which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.
