Kids BJJ and BJJ instructor Albert Morales made his pro MMA debut for Bellator on Friday night at the Pechanga Casino. Not only did he win but he did so in what many feel was the fight of the night!
Albeit Albert being a blue belt BJJ world champion, it was a stand up battle until the end, where Albert sunk in a Rear Naked Choke. Albert looked great and we look forward to following his pro MMA career!

On Saturday night, Systems Training Center hosted not only a Chess Boxing event but also, Chess Jiu Jitsu for the first time ever! Akari Wang and Cherry Lopez really went at it in the chess boxing, with a lot of back and forth action in the boxing department.
Mike Slebovnik and MMA fighter Ardanny Olivia also show cased their boxing skills but were also very evenly matched on the chess board!

Lastly, Kickboxing, CrossFit instructor and pro MMA fighter Dima Gerasimov took on Krav Maga, kickboxing and CrossFit instructor Marcus Kowal in the first ever Chess Jiu Jitsu match! The battle was going back and forth for a total of 9 rounds!
We want to thank everyone who came out and showed support and donated to the Mana Sports Foundation!
On the BJJ side, BJJ instructor Arnaldo Maidana de Oliveira took second in the Jiu Jitsu World League!
Lastly, congratulations to Javel "Showdown" McKenzie, who lost a split decision but looked really good for only being in his 2nd amateur fight!
Don't miss our re-grand opening of Systems Training Center on February 7th, starting at 11 am with ribbon cutting, demos, free classes and a bunch of goodies for the whole family!
