Gracie Barra Encino is starting a new BJJ competition class!
Today will be our first BJJ competition class, which will be open only to people who are planning on competing. This class will be help by Gracie Barra Encino Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach Brian Hummel. Brian Hummel has several years of experience in both BJJ as well as wrestling!
The Gracie Barra Encino BJJ competition class will be held at 5.30pm every Friday and will be open to both kids and adults. The class will be focusing on sharpening the winning edge. It will spend less time on learning actual techniques and focus more on drilling, situational and technical sparring. The class will switch between both Gi and No Gi, depending on what competitions lie in the near feature.
Please show up today for some great BJJ rolling and find out if YOU have what it takes to become a BJJ competitor and be part of what will soon be Encino's, Tarzana's and Sherman Oak's best competition team!
Lastly, don't forget about our Krav Maga knife seminar tomorrow at Systems Training Center, taught by Krav Maga 2nd dan black belt Marcus Kowal. To sign up, follow the link below:
